• Alternative fast payments system which is outside the monetary system which secure interests both on merchants and customers. All the payments from buyers pass through admin and after redemption even if merchant receive the payments the admin is able to control his withdrawal, means the system is build to secure interest of all parties which make a deal in Dealsinvicta.

  This means endless opportunities.

• In Product category you can list products and services for which the delivery process applies. Merchants need to change the delivery status accordingly. After 15 days the merchant receives from admin the amount paid by the buyer as for 15 days there is a cooling-off period available, as well as return and refund or exchange options.

• In NDN are listed products and services that do not need a delivery. With one redemption from the merchant’s side the product is delivered and the price is sent from admin to merchant immediately. This is an option for restaurants or shops which want to attract their online customers in their local shop. Also, it is suitable for real estates and such categories where delivery is not possible.

Cancellation is available from the moment of goods purchase until the moment of packing from merchant. You can do that from ‘Orders’ you will be able to see a button ‘Cancel your order’.

You are eligible to rate it and write a review only in case you have bought a product. The function will become visible for the respectful product after admin approval.

Available in for your orders within 15 days (cooling off period) after the delivery. Have in mind that there are deals that are not eligible for refund.

In some cases a consumer does not have the right to cool-off a contract free of charge, even if the order was made online. This applies to contracts with the following content:

• Services, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and with the acknowledgement that he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been

  fully performed by the trader (e.g. you order a feebased horoscope and already received you’re your request).

• The supply of goods or services for which the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader (e.g. noble metals).

• The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. tailor-made clothes, furniture produced according to your individual request and measurement).

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry has passed (e.g. groceries).

• The supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.

• the supply of a newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.

• Catering (e.g. pizza delivery service) or services related to leisure activities (e.g. booking of flights, hotel rooms, package travel or concert tickets).

• The supply of digital content (e.g. software download) which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and their

  acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

• Contracts on urgent repairs or maintenance where the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the trader for the purpose of carrying out these services.

All payments in Dealsinvicta are in Euro and INV.

A merchant receives their payments on Monday 15 days after the date of the delivery of the product.
